Weekly exercises¶

Each week there are exercises (homework), which are due to same date as the lectures and lecture questions. In addition to the homework, there are weekly practice sessions, which are all arranged on campus in Hervanta (we don’t offer remote attendance).

Both homework and weekly practice sessions start on the second course week.

Below are the times and locations of the weekly practice sessions. All practice sessions have the same contents, so should attent just one per week. You don’t need to register in beforehand.

NOTE This list is the actual up-to-date practice schedule, is there are other times in Sisu, this takes precedence.

The attendance is logged using the same QR-code system as the discussion sessions and 4 points are granted per practice session. If you leave before or arrive after the logging, you don’t get points for attendance. So don’t be late, and prepare to stay until the end. (In exceptional cases, contact TA before or during the practice session.)

Weekly pactice sessions¶

The exercises of the practice sessions are published each week in Plus under the current course week. You don’t need to prepare for the practice session, the problems are solved in small groups in the practice session.

We will not publish solutions for the exercises.

Homework¶

The homework exercises are published each week in Plus under the current course week and they are returned in Plus and are due Sunday at 23.59.
